Last Days of Summer

Tuesday, August 19th, 2008

Greetings Friends!

The days grow shorter, the light mellower, and all too soon we’ll be bidding farewell to swimming and sunworshiping. School starts, and thoughts turn to warmer clothing, Halloween haunting, crisp apples and PIRATE FESTS!!! What? Yes, I said Pirate Fests. On September 20-21, 2008 Tinne Lune will be participating in the innaugural Midlands Pirate Festival, to be held in the Port of Bellevue (Yes, the same place as the new Nebraska Renaissance Festival site…) so, be on the lookout for us. Huge canvas tent, wee helper pirate, and hopefully, rum. Ha. Pirate Fairy Horns? You can count upon it! Sashes, pirate skirts? Yes! Pirate and Captain’s Beads? Absolutely. Head on out, shop, drink, and be entertained.

Much Peace, YARRR!!!!

Huzzah and Happy Spring!

Wednesday, May 28th, 2008

Well, May has flown by like a lark on the wing!  We were soggy, but happy to see friends new and old at the Nebraska Ren Faire (in it’s darling NEW location) and less soggy, but equally pleased to greet gentle folk at the James Arthur Vineyards (JAV) Faire.  At both events we were overjoyed to find many Fairy and Faun Friends.  If you were one of them (or even if you’re not, and just want to see our horns in ‘action’ poses) the galleries are now up for Happy Horn Folk.  View them HERE and HERE.   In fact, if you have EVER purchased Fairy or Faun horns from us, and want to send us your picture, (if you know it, you can include the year and faire where you were horned)  we’ll be starting a “before recorded history” gallery of horned souls as well.  (Well, we will if YOU provide the pictures!)
